About the Ink from Pennonia's Director:
When we think of patina we often times think of the beautiful verdigris rust that appears on copper. Budapest is an old city so it’s a given that some parts of it have a nice patina to them. Walking down the streets, verdigris can be seen on buildings and in fact from most of Budapest thanks to incredible monuments constructed on the top of the hills within the city. It is an iconic color that decorates the dome of Buda Castle, the Statue of Liberty at the Citadel, the Liberty Bridge and many other magnificent places throughout the Hungarian capital.
Each bottle is hand labelled using Clairfontaine Clairmail 60 g/m2 white paper and the bottles themselves are pharmaceutical grade amber glass bottles to protect the inks from UV light. The wide mouth of the bottle (4 cm) is excellent for filling any kind of fountain pens and reduces the chances of accidentally tipping them over when filling.
All inks carefully packed into simple-yet-beautiful boxes to keep them safe during transport right until they reach your shelves.
