We accept returns for any and all reasons. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Used Items

Used fountain pens and any items with missing or damaged original packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of used inks or used notebooks.

Defective Items

Please contact us if you receive a defective or damaged item. You can expedite the process by providing an order number and a brief description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve any issues!
