Ink Institute Tamshui-Xinyi Line (淡水信義線) fountain pen ink is a rich red color, representing the colloquial name of this metro line - the red line.
Ink Institute's Taipei Metro Series of inks are based on the 6 metro lines running through Taipei. The Taipei metro system is one of the most clean and efficient in the world. Its first line opened in 1996 and since then has expanded to 6 main lines servicing 117 stations.
Ink Institute has been making custom inks in Taiwan for years, but has just recently started releasing their own line of inks.
